A&W’s IT Strategic Services provide full support for all IT related
projects within our customer base, including the development of an
Information Technology strategy and vision for 3-5 year plans. A&W’s
personnel is involved from preparation of business cases through to
post-implementation of the right technology.
The ever changing information technology environment will always
require that organizations apply realistic and adaptive planning.
Such planning will involve critical and fundamental decisions and
choices about the mission the firm will pursue. Organizations must
implement a sound strategic plan that entails a shared vision of the
future and the best way of making the vision a reality. Adapting to
the fast moving technological innovations requires well defined
strategic, operational, and tactical plans.
The IT Strategic team is able to provide project managers to work in
liaison with the firm’s customers' IT needs to oversee the
implementation of new IT projects or upgrades. The team works with a
standard project management methodology and advices staff on the
correct procedures for a cost effective implementation and
successful outcome.
