Periodic Maintenance Visits

You select the frequency and length of maintenance visits appropriate for your situation. We provide you with a fixed cost for your selected plan. You pay the last month in advance and we bill you monthly for each month you are in the program. Cancel the program at any time with 30 days advance notice.

 

Basic Plans

Basic plans offer cost-effective maintenance visits for smaller networks. They are ideal for organizations that have simple networks doing primarily file and printer sharing. Periodic visits from trained technicians give you more reliable service from your network and PC workstations. Your users also benefit from a higher level of support for typical software issues.

 

Premium Plans

Premium plans offer more frequent maintenance visits. They are ideal for organizations that have complex networks or mission-critical applications running enterprise-wide. More frequent visits give you more reliable service from your IT infrastructure and provide more support to your users.
