A&W support programs provide operating system support, file system backups and operational support on an support contract basis for Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003, and 2008 server platforms.

 

Currently A&W Consulting provides support for the Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 desktop operating systems and Windows 2000/2003/2008 Server platforms.

Limited assistance is provided for older architectures for which some software is still available but is no longer being updated, such as Windows 95/98/NT4 and Novell Netware 3.11-6.0.

 

A&W Consulting support programs provide operating system support, file system backups and operational support on an support contract basis for Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/2008 server platforms.

 

Typical system support services covered by our agreements:

A&W Consulting provides these services from 8 AM until 5 PM Monday through Friday unless special arrangements are made for additional hours. After hours coverage on a regular basis is available at an additional cost.

 

  • Install and maintain running systems according to A&W Consulting's customers systems configuration and security guidelines, identify hardware problems and interface with the appropriate maintenance vendor for repair of any failing hardware. Install and maintain up-to-date system and networking software, including hot fixes, patches and security fixes. Perform quarterly maintenance on all system hardware and operating system software. Provide support for routine administrative procedures.

 

Additional services

A&W Consulting will consider providing additional services not covered by the scope of our standard support contract upon request. Additional services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
