Currently A&W Consulting provides support for the Windows
98/2000/XP and Windows NT/2000/2003 Server platforms.
Limited assistance is provided for older architectures for which
some software is still available but is no longer being updated, such
as Novell Netware 3.11.
A&W Consulting support programs provide operating system
support, file system backups and operational support on an support
contract basis for Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 server
platforms.
Typical system support services covered by our agreements:
- Install and maintain running systems according to A&W
Consulting's customers systems configuration and security
guidelines, identify hardware problems and interface with the
appropriate maintenance vendor for repair of any failing hardware.
- Install and maintain up-to-date system and networking software,
including hot fixes, patches and security fixes.
- Perform quarterly maintenance on all system hardware and
operating system software.
- Provide support for routine administrative procedures.
A&W Consulting provides these services from 8 AM until 5 PM
Monday through Friday unless special arrangements are made for
additional hours. After hours coverage on a regular basis is available
at an additional cost.
Additional services
A&W Consulting will consider providing additional services not
covered by the scope of our standard support contract upon request.
Additional services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
